CANCELLATION POLICY
CABINS, ROOMS AND CAMPGROUND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 15% of Booking will be non-refundable.
- If you cancel before 7 days of your check-in date 85% of paid booking will be refunded.
- If you cancel anytime within the 7 days before your check-in date, or do not show, there will be no refund.

- If you cancel before 60 days of your check-in date 85% of paid booking will be refunded.
- If you cancel anytime within the 60 days before your check-in date, or do not show, there will be no refund.
IF YOU DECIDE TO CHECK OUT EARLY, ALL ROOMS, CABINS AND CAMPSITES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Recreational rentals CANCELLATION POLICY:
- No refund for cancelling within 24 hours of rental pickup time.
- 75% refund if reservation cancelled within 1 to 7 days of rental pickup time.
- 100% refund if reservation cancelled outside of 7 days of rental pickup time.
